Inspire is looking to recruit a part-time receptionist to carry out front office duties both in our Marsascala and Bulebel premises.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for most service users at Inspire. The primary responsibility is to greet all incoming guests and members positively and provide assistance at the front desk.
The role also involves a number of other administrative tasks which support the core activity of the organisation, including answering and forwarding inbound phone calls/emails, cash handling, data inputting and assistance with the use of social media.
We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service position. The role may require working in shifts; morning and evening shifts during the week including Saturdays, so flexibility is a plus.
