What is Autism ?
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a complex neurodevelopment disability. It is characterised by difficulties with social skills, repetitive behaviours, speech and nonverbal communication. Autism can be detected from an early stage in a child’s life. Since autism is a spectrum disorder, each person with autism has a wide range of strengths and challenges.
Inspire’s continuous mission is to keep providing help for people on the spectrum and their families. In order to do so, we need your help. Together, we can do more!
You can help us spread awareness by sharing our content on your social media platforms. You could also help by contributing financially by clicking on the ‘Donate Now’ buttons shown here.
For this year’s Autism Awareness month, we would like to shed light on what autism has thought us as professionals, what parents have learnt from their autistic child/children, what they would like you to know about autism, and what people on the spectrum learnt about their neurodiversity.
