I’m Adrian and I have been working for Inspire for the past nine years. I joined Inspire in 2010 to finally follow my dream of working in the field of education and disability.

This is the work I had always wanted because I always felt drawn to working with people who just need to be given some more time and confidence to flourish and make themselves understood.

I have had various roles within Inspire, ranging from tutoring to managing a programme. Currently, I am the Quality Assurance Manager at Inspire. This means that my role is to provide the support that our staff need to be able to provide the best experience for our service users.

Some of the things I do to ensure we maintain a high-quality service include making sure that we meet our various accreditation and licensing standards, providing hands-on guidance to staff when they are met by challenging behaviour, identifying staff training needs; and constantly looking out for opportunities to improve or develop our services.

Outside of work, I am a husband, father and an enthusiastic playmate for my son, and an avid reader.
